Our farm grown Ginger, turmeric, galangal, organic sugar, organic lemon juice, organic black pepper
and thats it. We use it in salad dressings, cocktails, marinades, in soda water to make delicious homemade gingerale. Add a splash of apple cider vinegar and it’s even better.
Use it in Everything, except for that, don't use it there.
The oringinal recipe. This jar of ginger goodness is a blend of ginger and turmeric with black pepper, cooked down in organic cane sugar and organic lemon juice. Spicy and sweet, with good heat.
